Web 2.0 Tools
There are a variety of different Web 2.0 tools out there to use. What is Web 2.0? These are web applications that you can use. Our school is using alot of thiese tools in various subjects. Our school is looking at e - portfolios using such ditigal tools.

Survey Monkey
A good way of collecting on line replies and you can get people to answer it from anywhere. I used it with my Gr 11.
Glogster
Creates an interactive poster; Can embed on a wiki or website; Can include text, audio, video, images and hyperlinks; About to use it for brainstorming and reflections - Here is an example of an end of unit reflection - links the Guiding Question and AOI - It is embedded in the school's wiki for Drama
Audacity Students record their voice and then can reheasre a scene without using script - allows them to focus on their movement
Creative Commons - A site that allows you to find a variety of mulit media - good for project images; brainstorming; videos
Zamzar - Free on line file conversion - helps you convert files
PrintWhatYouLike Allows you to print what you need without all the other stuff
