In this unit, the students will examine the key characters of Commedia, mask work, lazzi and use Commedia characters and techniques to create a Commedia piece that examines an issue.
The Characters are divided into two key areas - the Masters and The Servants.
The Masters consists of : Pantalone; El Dottore; The Lovers
The Servants :Zanni; Brighella; Arlecchinno, Pedrolino, Pulcinella, Columbina
